APPOINTMENTS PREFERRED
Due to our high client volume and commitment to our reservation schedule, we cannot guarantee availability to walk-in guests. Please call prior to visiting Vantage to ensure we have adequate availability to serve you. A valid credit card is required for all appointment reservations.

NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS
Guests must provide at least twenty-four hour notice of cancellation. Guests who fail to provide adequate notice–or who do not appear for their appointment–will be charged as follows:
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

LATE ARRIVALS
Services at Vantage are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted, so please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to our other guests, we’re unable to extend service times or issue partial refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, our cancellation fee will apply and/or you may be offered a different service at your stylist's discretion.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE
We want you to be well! Cosmetologists are not permitted to medically diagnose or treat scalp or skin. As licensed professionals, we have a duty to refer guests with complications outside our scope of practice to a qualified physician for proper care.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Vantage reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion when necessary. Please trust the professional judgement of our educated, experienced stylists. Should you be determined to be ineligible for services, you will not be charged for your visit.
